1. Free Trial Period
AI TestList offers a free plan that allows you to test our basic features without commitment. We encourage you to use this period to evaluate whether our service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund under the following conditions:
- Refund Period : You have 14 days from the date of your first payment to request a full refund.
- After 14 days : No refunds will be granted after this period.
- Renewals : Automatic renewals are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us via our contact form indicating "Refund Request" as the subject.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Briefly explain the reason for your request (optional, but appreciated to help improve our services).
We will process your request within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refund will be granted for the remaining period.
- Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
- Your data will be preserved and you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
5. Exceptions
In certain exceptional cases, we may grant a refund outside the 14-day period:
- Major technical issues on our end preventing the use of the service.
- Billing error on our part.
- Exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
